Your Privacy Matters

Privacy Policy

Protecting your photographs, memories, and personal information.

Effective Date: August 18, 2026

AB Photo Memories respects the privacy of our clients and website visitors. Because our work may involve personal photographs, family history, videos, documents, and other irreplaceable memories, protecting client information and media is an important part of our service.

1. Information We May Collect

We may collect information you voluntarily provide when you contact us, request a consultation, download a resource, complete a form, or become a client. This may include your name, email address, telephone number, city or general location, project details, messages, service preferences, and information needed to provide requested services.

2. Client Photographs and Personal Media

Client photographs, albums, negatives, slides, videos, digital files, documents, family records, and other personal media are treated as private client materials. AB Photo Memories does not use a client's private photographs or personal media for advertising, social media, website galleries, portfolio examples, before-and-after examples, or other promotional purposes unless the client has separately given affirmative permission.

Agreeing to this Privacy Policy or hiring AB Photo Memories does not constitute permission to use client photographs or media for marketing.

3. How We Use Information

Information may be used to respond to inquiries, schedule and provide services, prepare estimates, communicate about projects, deliver requested resources, maintain client records, process authorized business transactions, improve our services, and comply with applicable legal or business requirements.

4. Website Forms and Email Communications

When you submit a consultation request or resource form, the information you enter may be stored so AB Photo Memories can respond to your request. Transactional emails may be sent in connection with consultations, downloads, account activity, or services you request. We do not intend to send unrelated marketing email merely because you submitted a service inquiry.

5. Sharing of Information

AB Photo Memories does not sell client personal information. Information may be shared with service providers only when reasonably necessary to operate the website or provide requested business services, or when disclosure is required by law. Service providers may include website hosting, cloud storage, email, scheduling, payment, or other business technology providers.

6. Storage and Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical practices intended to protect personal information and client materials. No internet transmission or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so absolute security cannot be promised.

7. Retention and Client Materials

Information and project records may be retained for as long as reasonably needed to provide services, maintain business records, resolve questions, or meet legal obligations. Handling and return or delivery of physical and digital client materials may also be governed by the client's service agreement or project terms.

8. Cookies, Analytics, and Website Technology

The website may use essential technologies and analytics to operate the site, understand general website usage, maintain security, and improve performance. Third-party services used by the website may process limited technical information according to their own privacy practices.

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are directed to adults arranging photo and memory-preservation services. We do not knowingly seek personal information directly from children through the website. Family photographs may contain images of minors, but such photographs remain client materials and are subject to the same privacy protections described above.

10. Your Choices

You may contact AB Photo Memories to ask questions about personal information you have provided, request corrections, or request deletion where appropriate and legally permissible. Separate written consent is required before client photographs or personal media are used for promotional purposes.

11. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated as our services or website practices change. The effective date at the top of the policy will be updated when material revisions are made.
